En el primer recipiente disolvemos la levadura fresca y en el otro le ponemos la sal.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez disuelto, a\u00f1adimos con la harina el contenido del primer recipiente, el agua con la levadura fresca. Despu\u00e9s de 30 segundos\/1 minuto le a\u00f1adimos el agua con la sal.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seguiremos amasando durante 5 minutos, siempre a primera velocidad. A continuaci\u00f3n a\u00f1adiremos el aceite de oliva virgen extra y seguiremos amasando durante 5 minutos m\u00e1s. En total, tenemos que amasar entre 10 y 12 minutos.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ponemos la masa dentro de una caja de pl\u00e1stico cerrada o si no en una bandeja y la dejamos reposar a temperatura ambiente durante 30 minutos.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dividimos la masa y formamos bolas de unos 200 gramos aproximadamente y las ponemos en una bandeja o caja abierta. Ponemos las masas en la nevera (a unos 4\u00baC) durante 24\/30 horas.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pasado este tiempo, sacamos las masas de la nevera y las dejamos reposar 3 horas a temperatura ambiente (m\u00e1ximo 26\/28\u00baC).<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente formamos las pizzas y condimentamos al gusto.
