Uno de los secretos clave de esta receta es la harina, que debe ser una harina de mucha fuerza. Por este motivo os recomendamos utilizar la harina Gold Medal que tiene una W480-530, \u00fanica en el mercado.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes:<\/h4>\n<h4><ul class=\"sf-list \"><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>2.000 gr. de harina Gold Medal<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>400 gr. de az\u00facar<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>400 gr. de mantequilla<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>40 gr. de sal<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>8 huevos<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>80 gr. de levadura<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>50 gr. de miel<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>1\/4 de taza de agua de Azahar<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>La ralladura de la piel de 3 limones<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>La ralladura de la piel de 3 naranjas<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>500 gr. de agua<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<\/ul><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ingredientes para decorar:<\/h4>\n<h4><ul class=\"sf-list \"><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>1 huevo batido<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>Discos de naranja confitados<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>Filetes de mel\u00f3n verde confitados<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>Cerezas rojas mitades confitadas<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>Az\u00facar grano n\u00ba10<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<\/ul><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Primero de todo amasaremos todos los ingredientes juntos, excepto la mantequilla que la a\u00f1adiremos cuando la masa empiece a estar formada. La temperatura de la masa debe ser de 25\/26\u00baC.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dejaremos fermentar la masa en bloque durante una hora. Hacer un pliegue y poner la masa a enfriar a 5\u00baC. A las dos horas, hacer otro pliegue y dejar reposar hasta el d\u00eda siguiente.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dividir la masa y dejar que vaya recuperando la temperatura durante unos 15-20 minutos. Bolearemos y formaremos los roscones. Dejaremos reposar hasta que la masa acabe de fermentar y doble su volumen.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">A continuaci\u00f3n pintaremos los roscones con el huevo batido y decoraremos con la fruta confitada y el az\u00facar.
