Perfumar con ron.<\/li>\n<li>Mermelada de melocot\u00f3n o albaricoque.<\/li>\n<li>Fruta confitada: cerezas, mel\u00f3n, naranja etc.<\/li>\n<li>Gelatina de manzana.<\/li>\n<li>Crocanti de almendra.<\/li>\n<li>Yema.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La elaboraci\u00f3n de la mona de pascua es la siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hacer el bizcocho de unos 20 cm de di\u00e1metro con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cusine.eu\/es\/productos\/backaldrin\/#pasteleria\">Deluxebiskuit Backaldrin<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Batir todos los ingredientes.<\/li>\n<li>Rellenar el molde.<\/li>\n<li>Hornear a 180-190\u00ba.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez \u00e9ste frio y reposado, cortar por la mitad.<\/li>\n<li>Rellenar con la mermelada y adjuntar las partes.<\/li>\n<li>Pintar con un poco de alm\u00edbar utilizando un pincel.<\/li>\n<li>Cubrir con yema por encima y por los lados del bizcocho.<\/li>\n<li>Decorar con la fruta confitada.
