Para hornearlos utilitzar\u00e1 la harina <strong>Ariana Gold Meda<\/strong>l de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.molinosdelduero.com\">Molinos del Duero<\/a>. Esta harina es una <strong>harina de gran fuerza<\/strong> que no tiene ning\u00fan aditivo a\u00f1adido. Es una de las grandes harinas de todo el cat\u00e1logo de <strong>Molinos del Duero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jordi Gasque<\/strong> se a\u00f1ade a nuestro repertorio de maestros panaderos que har\u00e1n demostraciones en directo en la Barcelona Kapital Pa. Hoy, viernes, ha participado el maestro <strong>Florindo Fierro<\/strong>. Y ma\u00f1ana, s\u00e1bado, el profesor <strong>Josep Pascual<\/strong>. Florindo ha utilizado harinas de <strong>Molino del Duero<\/strong> y en Josep Pascual utilizar\u00e1 nuestras harinas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cusine.eu\/es\/productos\/harina\/\">Selecta<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Barcelona Kapital Pa<\/strong> est\u00e1 organizada por <a href=\"https:\/\/panatics.com\/\">Panatics<\/a> y el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gremipabcn.com\/\">Gremi de Flequers de Barcelona<\/a>.
