La edici\u00f3n de este a\u00f1o estaba dedicada a Eduard Crespo, panadera de la Fleca Balmes, que muri\u00f3 el pasado mes de agosto. Barcelona Kapital Pa 2021 fue organizado por Panatics y el Gremi de Flequers de Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cusine.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Pa-amb-el-logotip-de-Barcelona-Kapital-Pa.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4050\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cusine.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Pa-amb-el-logotip-de-Barcelona-Kapital-Pa.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.cusine.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Pa-amb-el-logotip-de-Barcelona-Kapital-Pa-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.cusine.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Pa-amb-el-logotip-de-Barcelona-Kapital-Pa-94x70.jpg 94w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En nuestro estand recibimos la visita de muchos <strong>panaderos<\/strong> de diferentes <strong>panader\u00edas<\/strong> y <strong>pasteler\u00edas<\/strong>. Pero durante estos tres d\u00edas, tuvimos una programaci\u00f3n de clases magistrales, muy concurridas.<\/p>\n<p>El primer d\u00eda, el viernes 15 de octubre, el maestro <strong>Florindo Fierro<\/strong> nos hizo una demostraci\u00f3n de diferentes panes, hechos con las harinas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.harinatradicionalzamorana.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Harina Tradicional Zamorana<\/a>. Josep Pascual nos hizo una demostraci\u00f3n de <strong>panes decorativos<\/strong> hechos con nuestra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cusine.eu\/es\/productos\/harina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">harina Selecta Km0<\/a>. Esta <strong>harina<\/strong> la presentamos el pasado mes de junio. Es una harina que proviene de diferentes campos de las provincias de Barcelona, Girona, Lleida, Tarragona y las Islas Baleares. Jordi Gasque es un especialista en <strong>croissants<\/strong> de autor.
