Un dels secrets clau d&#8217;aquesta recepta \u00e9s la farina, ja que ha de ser una farina que tingui molta for\u00e7a. Per aquest motiu us recomanem fer servir la farina Gold Medal que t\u00e9 una\u00a0 W480-530, \u00fanica al mercat.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients:<\/h4>\n<h4><ul class=\"sf-list \"><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>2.000 gr. de farina Gold Medal<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>400 gr. de sucre<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>400 gr. de mantega<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>40 gr. de sal<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>8 ous<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>80 gr. de llevat<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>50 gr. de mel<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>1\/4 de tassa d&#8217;aigua de taronger (Azahar)<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>La ratlladura de la pell de 3 llimones<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>La ratlladura de la pell de 3 taronges<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>500 gr. d&#8217;aigua<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<\/ul><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ingredients per decorar:<\/h4>\n<h4><ul class=\"sf-list \"><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>1 ou batut<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>Discos de taronja confitats<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>Filets de mel\u00f3 verd confitats<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>Cireres vermelles meitats confitades<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<li><i class=\"fa-circle-o\"><\/i><span>Sucre grans n\u00ba10<\/span><\/li><br \/>\n<\/ul><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Primer de tot amassarem tots els ingredients junts, excepte la mantega que l&#8217;afegirem quan la massa comenci a estar formada. La temperatura de la massa ha de ser de 25\/26\u00baC.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deixarem fermentar la massa en bloc durant una hora. Fer un plec i posar la massa a refredar a 5\u00baC. Dues hores despr\u00e9s, farem un altre plec i deixarem\u00a0 reposar fins al dia seg\u00fcent.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dividir la massa i deixar que vagi recuperant la temperatura durant uns 15-20 minuts. Dividirem la massa i formarem els tortells.
