Per a fer-los utilitzar\u00e0 la farina <strong>Ariana Gold Medal<\/strong> de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.molinosdelduero.com\">Molinos del Duero<\/a>. Aquesta farina \u00e9s una farina de gran for\u00e7a que no t\u00e9 cap additiu afegit. \u00c9s una de les grans farines de tot el cat\u00e0leg de <strong>Molinos del Duero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, Jordi Gasque s\u2019afegeix al nostre repertori de forners que faran demostracions en directe a la Barcelona Kapital Pa. Avui divendres ha participat el mestre <strong>Florindo Fierro<\/strong> i dem\u00e0 dissabte el professor <strong>Josep Pascual<\/strong>. En Florindo ha utilitzat farines de Molino del Duero i en Josep Pascual utilitzar\u00e0 les nostres <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cusine.eu\/productes\/farina\/\">farines Selecta<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Barcelona Kapital Pa<\/strong> est\u00e0 organitzada per <a href=\"https:\/\/panatics.com\/\">Panatics<\/a> i el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gremipabcn.com\/\">Gremi de Flequers de Barcelona<\/a>.
