L\u2019edici\u00f3 d\u2019enguany estava dedicada a Eduard Crespo, forner de la Fleca Balmes que va morir el passat mes d\u2019agost. Per\u00f2 durant aquests tres dies vam tenir una programaci\u00f3 de demostracions i classes magistrals, molt concorregudes.<\/p>\n<p>El primer dia, el divendres 15 d\u2019octubre, el mestre <strong>Florindo Fierro<\/strong> ens va fer una demostraci\u00f3 de diferents pans fets amb les farines de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.harinatradicionalzamorana.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Harina Tradicional Zamorana<\/a>. El Josep Pascual va fer una demostraci\u00f3 de <strong>pans decoratius<\/strong> fets amb la nostra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cusine.eu\/productes\/farina\/#farines-selecta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Farina Selecta Km 0<\/a>. En Jordi Gasque \u00e9s un especialista en els <strong>croissants<\/strong> d\u2019autor.
