Provinent de la Farinera Gabino Bobo, Ariana Gold Medal \u00e9s una farina que us deixar\u00e0 bocabadats. \u00c9s una farina de gran for\u00e7a, elaborada amb la millor selecci\u00f3 de blats amb una gran absorci\u00f3 de greixos i aigua. Una farina que \u00e9s ideal per a ser utilitzada per la rebosteria i per a pans de gran hidrataci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Farina d&#8217;<strong>Alta Germinaci\u00f3<\/strong>: \u00e9s una farina de <strong>cultiu ecol\u00f2gic<\/strong> que ha sigut sotmesa en un proc\u00e9s d\u2019alta germinaci\u00f3 i a una temperatura controlada. La farina d\u2019alta germinaci\u00f3 aporta grans beneficis als pans integrals, com un major volum, molla m\u00e9s oberta, millor textura, millora en aroma, crosta fina i una reducci\u00f3 del proc\u00e9s d\u2019amassament.<\/li>\n<li>Farina de <strong>S\u00e8gol<\/strong>: \u00e9s una farina de certificat ecol\u00f2gic. Cont\u00e9 un alt contingut en fibra aliment\u00e0ria i menys contingut en gluten. Afavoreix el tr\u00e0nsit intestinal i \u00e9s indicada per a persones diab\u00e8tiques o amb colesterol.<\/li>\n<li>Farina d&#8217;<strong>Espelta<\/strong>: farina de certificat ecol\u00f2gic i molta en <strong>mol\u00ed de pedra<\/strong>. Cont\u00e9 diversos amino\u00e0cids essencials, m\u00e9s vitamines i minerals que el blat com\u00fa. T\u00e9 un gust i aroma caracter\u00edstic. El gluten \u00e9s de major qualitat i m\u00e9s tolerable.<\/li>\n<li>A part d\u2019aquestes farines tamb\u00e9 es van utilitzar diferents tipus d\u2019ingredients com farina integral, farina blat i llimosa i diferents tipus de llavors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Totes aquestes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cusine.eu\/index.php\/productes\/farina\/\">farines<\/a> de gran qualitat i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cusine.eu\/index.php\/productes\/industria-de-la-panificacio-i-pastisseria\/\">ingredients<\/a> les tenim disponibles a Ramon Cusin\u00e9 Hill.
